Wrong company name appears on email sent from QuickBooks
Email sent from QuickBooks is handled by Online Business Solutions. You may have changed your company name within QuickBooks, but when you send email such as invoices and estimates, your old company name appears.
In order for this article to work you must have QuickBooks installed on a computer with Internet access and access to your payroll PIN.
By following this article you will update the company name that appears on email from QuickBooks.
To update your company name for Online Business Solutions so it appears correctly in email sent from QuickBooks:
On the top menu bar choose Company > Advanced Service Administration.
In the Manage Your Account section, select View/Update Account Information.
In the Company Name field, make your changes. You will also need to fill in any other field marked with an asterisk.
