To resolve this issue:
- Close QuickBooks.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click on Tools on the top menu bar and choose Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click on the Advanced button.
- Place a check mark in the box to Override Automatic Cookie Handling, and then click OK.
- Close Internet Explorer.
- Open QuickBooks and login.
