Thank you for being a valued Regions Online Payroll customer. Please carefully review this important notice about upcoming changes to your payroll service.

    What's changing?
Starting in late October 2012, Intuit - the vendor that currently supports the Regions Online Payroll service - will begin providing the online payroll service to you directly. Intuit will be contacting you soon with the effective date for this change to your payroll service. The Regions Online Payroll Customer Service Agreement will be terminated as of this effective date, and you will be required to accept Intuits terms and conditions to continue with this service.

    How does this affect you?

Because Intuit currently provides processing for this Regions service, you will not be required to take any action to transfer your payroll payment information. Intuit will contact you with further instruction about accessing your payroll payment information through the Intuit Online Payroll service.

    Additional Features and Benefits:

After the change, you'll also notice a new look to the website for the Online Payroll service. And, in November you will be able to take advantage of:
    • Mobile access to review and run your payroll
    • Online chat support available 7 days a week
    • Ability to authorize multiple users to access the account with unique login/passwords
    • Pay-as-you-go Workers Compensation (available in every state except OH, ND. WY, WA, HI and AK)
Your current service pricing will remain the same until further notice.

    What's next?

During the month of October, you will receive an email communication from Intuit updating you about the transition and providing you with further instructions. Until then, there is no action required on your part.
