ViewMyPaycheck: Signing up/uploading multiple companies (employer or payroll administrator)
You can use ViewMyPaycheck to manage multiple companies and use the same sign-in details (your Intuit Account user ID and password) for all of the companies you manage.
To do so, follow these steps:
Sign up a QuickBooks company to ViewMyPaycheck.
Sign up another QuickBooks company for ViewMyPaycheck.
When you finish signing up your first company and inviting the company's employees to the ViewMyPaycheck application, you can sign up another company.
To do so, open the company's QuickBooks file and follow the same steps you did when you signed up for the first company. For details, go here.
Don't forget! When you're prompted, be sure to create a new business profile for the company.
If you have additional companies to sign up, follow the instructions in step 2. If you don't, you're done!
