ViewMyPaycheck: Re-inviting employees
Overview
If your employees lose access to ViewMyPaycheck, you may be prompted and required to re-invite them so we can verify who they are and match them with their ViewMyPaycheck user account. Until you re-invite your employees, they won't be able to see their pay stubs in ViewMyPaycheck.
Assumptions
You have an active QuickBooks Payroll subscription and have signed up for ViewMyPaycheck.
Details
To re-invite your employees:
Sign in to ViewMyPaycheck: https://viewmypaycheck.intuit.com/
If you manage multiple companies, select one from the list.
When prompted, click Re-invite.
To do so, follow the instructions in Inviting your Employees to ViewMyPaycheck.
In the Send Invitations window, click Send. Note that, to avoid any confusion, we won't send your employees an invitation email.
As soon as your employees are re-invited, the Status column will show ?Re-invited? and your employees will be able to see their pay stubs in ViewMyPaycheck.
