New Mexico state W-2 e-file help
The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department requires employers filing more than 50 W-2s to file electronically. Employers filing 50 or fewer W-2's may file electronically or by paper.
You should have an active Enhanced Payroll Subscription.
To submit your state W-2 forms:
Create the W-2 file that you will send in step 3.
Go to the state's website. You must create a login name and a password to access the online services available for processing these reports. Once you are in, expand the For Businesses listing.
Upload your W-2 information.
