You have questions as to why your 940 or 941 federal form has not been received or processed, or about your 10-digit PIN you use to electronicaly file your forms or an email you received regarding your e-file setup.

The IRS issues confidential information such as your 10 digit pin to your company directly and does not share it with Intuit.
Choose option 1 and then 3 for E-File questions.
When you reach an IRS agent, ask for the e-file 10-digit PIN department. The IRS agent can then send a request to their team that creates PINs asking them to fax the 10-digit PIN to you. The turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
