    This article explains the fees and charges for your payroll service.

    Expected Outcome

    You will determine what fees you were charged for a specific payroll service.


    You must send your payroll to Intuit for processing and receive a QuickBooks Payroll Service liability check.


    To find the fees for a specific payroll service, locate the QuickBooks Liability Check.

    Choose Banking > Use Register.

    Select the account you use for payroll, and click OK.

    Locate the liability check from QuickBooks Payroll Service, and double-click it.

    Select the Expenses tab to see the list of fees. Note: The Memo field explains the charges.




    I am trying to determine the annual fees for using the Enhanced Payroll for quickbooks.

    I am trying to figure out if it is cheaper to pay a payroll company or do it myself, and what are the total costs to do this.
