Payroll fees and charges
This article explains the fees and charges for your payroll service.
You must send your payroll to Intuit for processing and receive a QuickBooks Payroll Service liability check.
You will determine what fees you were charged for a specific payroll service.
To find the fees for a specific payroll service, locate the QuickBooks Liability Check.
QuickBooks Pro and Premier: Choose Banking > Use Register.
QuickBooks Simple Start: Click View next to Bank Accounts Under Your Business on the left.
Select the account you use for payroll, and click OK.
Locate the liability check from QuickBooks Payroll Service, and double-click it.
Select the Expenses tab to see the list of fees. Note: The Memo field explains the charges.
