This article explains when your year-end fees are due and how to pay them.
Assumptions
You have an an active Complete Payroll subscription through December 31, 2011.
Expected Outcome
You can determine how your year end fees are collected.
Details
Your payroll account will be debited for year-end fees by February 29, 2012. Be sure your payroll account is funded to cover your year-end fees.
If you are unsure what your year-end fees are, contact Payroll Support at 888-236-4282.
If your account is not sufficiently funded, you will need to pay Intuit Complete Payroll Service by cashier's check to obtain your W-2 forms.
