Details
You can exchange your copy of QuickBooks for a new version at no charge if you meet the following criteria:
If you purchased your copy of QuickBooks 60 days or less before the release of a newer version, you can upgrade to the new version at no cost.
If you register your copy of the older version of QuickBooks, you have 60 days from the date you registered to obtain the newer version at no charge.
To take advantage of our free upgrade offer, return to the retailer where you purchased your QuickBooks product. If the retailer does not honor the offer, or if you purchased QuickBooks directly from Intuit, then contact Intuit Customer Service at 888.246.8848.
This offer applies to original Intuit products purchased either directly from Intuit or from a reputable retailer. Third-party sales and license exchanges on used products do not qualify for this offer.
