Using Direct Deposit or other service produces error message 22038
When you use Direct Deposit or other service in QuickBooks, error message 22038 is displayed.
This error occurs when the contact information entered during the Direct Deposit (or other) enrollment process does not match the information on the Intuit server.
You use Direct Deposit or other services in QuickBooks.
You have an active QuickBooks payroll subscription.
To resolve the error:
Make sure you are signed in as Payroll Administrator before using Direct Deposit or any other services in QuickBooks.
Make sure your contact information is correct on your Account Maintenance page.
