Low monthly fee covers everything

The regular monthly fee is $25 for Basic or $39 for Plus. This fee covers everything for the business & the first employee, including:

Unlimited number of payrolls each month
Direct Deposit
Electronic tax payments
Quarterly & year-end tax filings
W-2s
Live support by phone, chat & e-mail

Each additional employee is just $1.50 per month. If you file taxes in more than one state, each additional state is $12 per month.

¹ With Intuit Online Payroll Plus, the E-File & Pay feature is available for federal and most state forms and taxes. For states where E-File is not available, Intuit will provide signature ready forms or worksheets. With Basic, E-File & Pay is only available federal taxes and forms.
