The regular monthly fee is $39.00 for QuickBooks Payroll for Mac Plus. Each employee is an additional $1.50 per month.

If you do not need help with federal or state filings or do not need to pay contractors, you can use Payroll for Mac Basic to pay your employees for $25.00/month + $1.50/month per employee. Each employee is an additional $1.50 per month.

If you file taxes in more than one state, each additional state is $12 per month. For a monthly fee of $3 per employee, you can allow your employees to track their own hours, saving you valuable time and money. 2

1 Your 30 day free trial period begins when you run your first payroll. A valid credit card is required to continue using Intuit Online Payroll after your trial. After the first 30 days, each month you will automatically be charged at the then current monthly rate for the service you have selected, until you cancel. Currently the monthly pricing is $39 for Plus; or $25 for Basic; or $20 for Household. Each employee you pay is an additional $1.50/month. Pay up to 150 employees. Intuit Online Payroll Plus includes 1 state. If you file taxes in more than one state, each additional state is currently $12/month. Intuit Online Payroll Basic does not include tax forms. Sales tax may be applied where applicable. The trial is available for Plus, Basic or Household versions. 2 Intuit Online Time Tracking is avaliable for an additional monthly service fee on top of your QuickBooks Payroll for Mac Basic or Plus payroll service fee. When you add Intuit Online Time Tracking, you will be charged $3.00/per employee/per month, until you cancel. You may cancel anytime by calling (866) 729-2925. You will only be charged for employees that are enabled for time tracking. Fees are subject to adjustment. You will be notified of any change in fees at least 30 days in advance of the effective date.
