federal, state and local taxes calculated by Intuit Online Payroll. In the unlikely event our calculations are incorrect;
Intuit will pay resulting penalties incurred. Customer must provide Intuit with a tax statement from the IRS showing a tax
penalty incurred as a result of a calculation error during the time that you were an active Intuit Online Payroll subscriber.
Client must present a copy of this letter to Intuit within 3 months of receiving the letter from the IRS. You are responsible
for paying any additional tax liability you may owe and providing any other information Intuit reasonably requests.

Your 30 day free trial period begins when you run your first payroll. After the first 30 days, you will automatically be charged at the then-current
monthly fee for the service level you have selected, until you cancel. Currently the monthly pricing is $29 for Enhanced; or $19
for Basic; or $20 for Household for 1 employee and 1 state. For Basic & Enhanced, 1 employee is included; each additional active employee
is $1.50 per month. For Enhanced, if you file taxes in more than one state each additional state is $12 per month. Basic does not include
state tax filing. Sales tax also may be charged where applicable. The trial is available for Intuit Online Payroll Enhanced, Basic or Household versions.
