1 The first month (starting from the date you run your first payroll) of subscription to Intuit Online Payroll is free. Customers who participate in this offer will automatically be billed at the then current monthly subscription rate starting with the 2nd month of service, until you cancel. Prices may vary depending on number of employees. Customers will be asked to present a valid credit card account for authorization when they enroll. Sales tax also may be charged where applicable. You may cancel at any time online within your payroll account (click the Setup tab and then click Cancel Service) or by calling (866) 458-5745. This limited time offer is valid for new Intuit Payroll subscribers only and cannot be combined with other offers. 2 Intuit Online Payroll Accurate Calculation Guarantee. Intuit works diligently to ensure the accuracy of all federal, state and local taxes calculated by Intuit Online Payroll. In the unlikely event calculations are incorrect; Intuit will pay any penalties incurred. Customer must provide Intuit with a tax statement from the IRS, state or local agency showing a tax penalty incurred as a result of a calculation error during the time that you were an active Intuit Online Payroll subscriber. Client must present a copy of this letter to Intuit within 3 months of receiving the letter from the IRS. You are responsible for paying any additional tax liability you may owe and providing any other information Intuit reasonably requests. Terms, conditions, pricing, features, functionality, service and support are subject to change at any time without notice.
3 If the data you provide is accurate, on time, and your account is sufficiently funded, your payroll tax deposits and filings will be on time and accurate or we'll pay the resulting payroll tax penalty.
* Costco Executive members will receive the first 12 months of Intuit Online Time Tracking free, starting from your signup date. After your promotional period is over, your account will be automatically charged the standard monthly rate of $3.00/per employee/per month each month unless you cancel. This fee is in addition to the monthly Intuit Online Payroll service fee and is charged for each employee who is set up to use Time Tracking, whether or not the employee has logged any hours. You may cancel Intuit Online Time Tracking at any time by calling (866) 729-2925.
